Zilia has been with HHart for five years in the role of academic advisor, coach, and mentor. She works for the Hutton Honors College as an Academic Advisor. She was a graduate student in the Department of Folklore and Ethnomusicology at IU, graduating in August 2018 with her Ph.D. Zilia writes and acts in her spare time. She participates in local theatre productions, was in her first indie film in summer 2023, has published poems, and has had one play she co-wrote produced.
